I have prepared your birth chart and have analysed the issue, you have to take serious care till September 2023, keep chanting maha mrityunjaya mantra all the time at your home, keep visiting Lord Shiva Temple .

Visit Shree Mahakaleshwar Temple, Ujjain and try to spend four hours inside the temple and do mahakaal arti there.

Hope things will improve and health will recover.
