Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts and venue in Delhi, for any such proceedings.

    These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
    of India, without applying any choice of law principles. If any provision or portion of these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy is found to be unenforceable or invalid, it shall be modified and interpreted to best fulfill the objectives of such unenforceable or invalid provision within the limits of applicable law.
